A quiet reading companion

Pat the page.
Brew the book.

See something worth reading but no time now? Keep it with a tap. On the rhythm you set, Pat Matt brews everything you saved into one clean book to read later.

How it works

Four taps from clutter to calm.

No feeds, no inbox, no thirty open tabs you will never return to. Save now, read when you actually have the time.

01

Pat the page

One tap, a keyboard shortcut, or a knock on your desk. The page is kept, and so is the link, even when the text will not come.

02

It waits quietly

Everything you save stays on your machine. No accounts, no sync you did not ask for, no notifications begging for attention.

03

Then it brews

On the rhythm you choose, daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, everything you saved is gathered into one clean book. One tidy read instead of forty open tabs.

04

Read it your way

Read it at your own pace in a clean, calm reader. Save it as an HTML file or print it to keep. That is the whole loop.

The weekly book

Read your week in one place.

Everything you saved becomes one clean book, in the order you saved it, ready to read at your own pace. No feeds, no clutter, no ads. It all stays on your machine: nothing uploaded, nothing logged, no account.

Boards must classify their AI use by risk now; high-risk systems need documentation and human oversight before deployment. Most founders are mid-tier and have more time than they fear.

Privacy

Yours, and only yours.

Pat Matt was built local-first. The free version never talks to a server at all. There is nothing to log in to, and nothing about you to sell.

It stays on your device

Saved pages live in your browser or app storage, not on anyone's server. Close the laptop and it is still just yours.

No account, ever

Nothing to sign up for, no email required to use it. The optional weekly email is just that: optional, and easy to leave.

Everything stays local

There is no server and no account. Your saved pages live only on your device, and nothing you read is ever sent anywhere.

Start patting pages.
